Not very often, but I am quite brunt with them. If they continue to push their luck after I have told them repeatedly that I am not interested then yes, eventually I hang up on them.

How can you prove to someone that you truly love them?
By giving them worlds happiness, making every single second of their life special. By spending time with that person when it matters most, always showing concern for them. Putting others feeling before ours, compromising our comfort if we have to. Always being supportive of each other. Not putting ego in front when things get heated, keeping our cool and trying to understand the other half. brAnyways, Im not babbling about proving ones love. When you love someone, there is nothing to prove.
